Meet Lance (“Lala”) and Lauren (“Lulu”)
Meet Lance (“Lala”) and Lauren (“Lulu”). We’re proud parents of five children, ranging in age from 1 to 15, and passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and family-centered environment for children in our community. Lauren brings years of childcare experience, having worked in a preschool setting and as a caregiver for a young child. After moving to Rockbridge County, she continued providing care for several children, which inspired us to take the next step together. With months of planning, preparation, background checks, training, and county and state approvals, we are proud to announce the opening of our licensed Family Day Home—the only licensed program of its kind in Rockbridge County, VA. With space for just 12 children, we offer a warm, home-away-from-home atmosphere that larger facilities can’t always provide. In our home, children are nurtured with love, safety, and the kind of care that feels like family.” We look forward to welcoming your family into ours!
